What happens if, for some reason, I receive damaged products?
We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged. All jars are wrapped in air-bubble or foam cushioning.

Can I send a package to a different location?
Yes, our checkout function allows you to enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address so you can send gifts to friends and relatives.
Do you sell outside of the U.S.A?
Yes, please be advised that any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be responsible for them.

How do you calculate your shipping costs?
Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the postal zip code to where your order is being shipped. Unlike most companies who base their shipping charges on total dollar value, we use current USPS shipping tables. There are no hidden shipping costs.
When will I receive my beans?
Order processing takes up to 3 business days. After we have shipped your order, it can take from 1 to 3 business days to receive your package, depending on your zip code.

What happens after I place an Order?
After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email notification with your order number and customer number, you will also receive a link to view you order status.
The first status of the order will be NEW.
After we review your order its status will be changed to IN PROCESS.
We will then proceed to pack your order for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and the status of the order will be changed to SHIPPED.
You can always come back to review your order and view the tracking number under NOTES.
